Damaged Items
We will replace damaged or defective items. Please email your name, order number, address, and phone number to info@zigamedia.com to request a replacement.

Returns
Merchandise will be accepted for return within 30 days of receipt of shipment. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. Returns should be sent to the following address using a trackable method of shipping. Shipping is to be paid by the customer. Please note that we can only honor returns of items that were ordered directly through zigamedia.com.
