We currently ship via our website to locations within the United States. We do not currently ship outside of United States due to the high cost of international shipping. Our shipping rates have increased because of the increased U.S. Postal Service rates.
- Shipping on Orders up to $9 will be charged $4.49
- Shipping on Orders $9.01 to $17.00 will be charged $5.49
- Shipping on Orders $17.01 to $24.98 will be charged $7.49
- Orders over $24.99 will SHIP FOR FREE!
Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed. It will be shipped out via USPS from Darien, CT, and delivery is within 3–7 business days. You will receive email confirmation of your purchase and that your order has been shipped.

We will replace damaged or defective items. Please email your name, order number, address, and phone number to email@example.com to request a replacement.
Merchandise will be accepted for return within 30 days of receipt of shipment. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. Returns should be sent to the following address using a trackable method of shipping. Shipping is to be paid by the customer. Please note that we can only honor returns of items that were ordered directly through zigamedia.com.

We do our best to keep the website stock up to date. On occasion, an item may go out of stock between the time your order is placed and the order reaching the warehouse. In this case, your order will be immediately canceled and your credit card or Paypal will be credited for the amount you were charged.
